Program Overview

This 8-week, high-touch 1:1 coaching experience is designed for committed web developers and engineers who want to turn accessibility into a clear career advantage.

In 8 weeks, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and credibility to lead accessibility efforts, deliver compliant work faster, and be recognized as a trusted authority—without burnout or guesswork.

What's Included In The 1:1 Coaching

  • Accessibility & Career Diagnostic (45 minutes)
    Establish clarity on skill gaps, career goals, and positioning.

  • 8 weeks of live 1:1 coaching and guided instruction
    Focused, personalized sessions aligned with your real-world work.

  • 24 hands-on accessibility implementations
    (3 per week) applied directly to real scenarios and code.

  • Weekly disability-focused learning content
    Build deeper context and understanding of lived user experiences.

  • Weekly feedback and technical coaching
    Increase clarity, confidence, and decision-making speed.

  • Career visibility support (optional but recommended)
    LinkedIn profile optimization, resume support, and strategic connection growth with the right leaders.

Cancellation Policy

Because sessions are delivered live, refunds are not available once booked. However, you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
